The RE Records Search brings the enhanced real property database of The Warren Group to the Web. Members can quickly and easily locate, verify and value real property in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island using this reliable Web-based subscription service.

With property ownership, sales and financing data for nearly 6 million properties, compiled from hundreds of government offices throughout New England, the RE Records Search lets busy people access the information they need quickly, without long visits to public records offices and other information sources.

Town Stats: median sales prices, sales volumes, trends, charts, demographics, and more.

Deed Images: Download PDFs of property deeds in select MA counties

MapIT: Detailed community maps designed to help identify the location of a property, as well as flood zones,
schools, government facilities, census data and other valuable information.

Automated Value Reports: Fast, reliable indicators of residential property value.

Field Cards: See a property sketch, property assessment, building characterisics and sales history in select Massachusetts towns:

Membership fees are paid with a credit card, which is charged every 30 days for the cost of the subscription level you select as well as any additional fees, until you cancel.
