Subscription Plans & Fees
RE Records Search is a subscription service that renews every 30 days. Your credit card is charged for the first 30 days when you register. At the end of 30 days, your card is charged for the next monthly fee, plus any additional fees you incurred in the 30 days that just ended. [These fees can include any extra sets of Full Record Results, Automated Value reports and downloaded database files and labels.] Membership subscriptions are effective until you cancel.

We offer several subscription plans. The most appropriate plan for you depends on the number of Full Record Results Sets you require. Switching from one plan to another is easy and takes effect when your next new pass begins. You can also cancel your membership at any time. The cancellation will become effective with the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.

Credit Cards
Membership subscription fees are paid via credit card. For your convenience and safety we keep your credit card number on our secure credit card server, which allows us to collect your membership fees automatically so that you don't have to reenter your card number each month. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Who should become a member?
We welcome professionals and consumers who are interested in real estate sales, financing and property information in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
