The "Find Sales" button allows you to search for sales in proximity to a specific property. Once you have searched for and found your "starting" property, click on the "Find Sales" button at the top of the record display.

The Find Sales search screen will appear. Here you may select the distance parameter from your starting property. Choices are ½ mile up to 10 miles. You can also select to keep your search within town boundaries or to expand beyond town lines by un-checking the box that says "include only properties in current town".

Enter a sale price range (minimum value required), and a sale date range (minimum value required). Other search criteria are optional and include building style, use code, assessment, and property characteristics.

Once all selections are made, click on "Search". You will get a summary screen telling you how many properties matched your selection criteria. If you are happy with the number of results, click on "Continue". If you would like to revise your search, click on "Try Again". Your result set will display all properties that match your "Find Sales" selection criteria.
